Sugar Free Mulled Wine Recipe – Ingredients – Serves 4 (or just you, I ain’t here to judge)
INGREDIENTS:
1 Bottle of red wine
3 Bay leaves (supplied by Bearfaced Groceries)
3 whole cinnamon sticks
1 Teaspoon of cloves
1/3 Teaspoon of grated nutmeg, for good measure
HOW TO COOK:
1. Pour the wine into a small pot.
2. Add the bay leaves and spices.
3. Cover the pot with a lid and leave to simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
