INGREDIENTS: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 pound spicy Italian sausage 1 egg ¼ cup chopped parsley ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs 1 pound bucatini noodles, cooked according to package marinara sauce grated Parmesan cheese, for serving HOW TO COOK: 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, egg, parsley and breadcrumbs. 2. With your hands, mix all the ingredients together, making sure that everything is combined well and all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout. 3. Form mixture into meatballs. I used a ¼ cup measuring cup and formed 14 meatballs, rolling them into balls. In a large skillet, over medium heat, place meatballs. INGREDIENTS: 8 ozs capellini pasta 1.5 - 2 lbs salmon cut in chunks 1 shallot minced 2 garlic cloves minced 4 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoon butter 3/4 cup white wine 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) 4-5 basil leaves chopped salt and pepper grated parmesan cheese lemon slices for serving HOW TO COOK: 1. Cook your choice of capellini pasta according to package instruction. I used whole wheat. 2. Season salmon chunks with salt and pepper. Set aside. 3. Heat a medium-large pan on medium heat. 4. Add oil and 1 tablespoon butter. 5. Add shallots and garlic. Saute for about 1 minute. 6. Arrange salmon chunks on the pan. Cook both sides for about 2 minutes per side. 7. INGREDIENTS: 1 (17.6-oz) package regular spaghetti noodles 1½ of your favorite spaghetti sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Pepperoni HOW TO COOK: 1. Boil noodles for amount of time specified on package directions. Drain and set aside. 2. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish with a light layer of sauce. 3. Add a light layer of cheese on top of the noodles. 4. Add a layer of pepperoni on top of the cheese. 5. Add your noodles on top of the pepperoni 6. Cover your noodles with a good layer of sauce and then top with remaining cheese 7. Top with pepperoni and place in a 350° oven for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
