INGREDIENTS:
½ ground beef (or pork)
1 kilo pechay, sliced into ½ inch
½ tsp ginger (optional)
5 pieces garlic, minced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup water
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt and ground pepper
HOW TO COOK:
1. In a pot, sauté ginger, garlic and onions until it caramelized.
2. Add ground beef and continue to sauté until the color turns to golden brown.
3. Pour in water, add salt and ground pepper according to your taste.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add the pechay and simmer it for a few minutes.
6. Serve while it’s still hot!
